    • Building and maintaining healthy boundaries

    • Obsessive thoughts or compulsive behaviors

I am so glad you are here.

Life can become overwhelming for all of us. But in each season, there are treasures hidden in the journey. It is my desire to create a safe space for individuals to be present to their story - to face what was, to release what is to come, and to be right where we are. God is always eager to meet us in this present moment. It is my desire to walk with you through whatever you are facing, wherever you find yourself on the journey, in a way that allows us to experience Truth as a reality.
I know God has something very special waiting for you in this season. Whether its healing from past wounds, moving through life’s challenges, or reaching goals - let’s see what the journey holds!
  • From a young age, I longed to truly know God. That desire drove me into ministry, believing that the best way to find Him was through doing things for Him. My drive to serve coupled with a love for missions and culture led me overseas after college. Those years spent serving with a team in a foreign culture were life-altering. I saw firsthand the transforming power of God, but I also came face to face with the futility of self effort.

In the wake of burnout, pain, and disappointment, God invited me into a radical paradigm shift. He began to reveal His true heart to me—not one of pressure and performance, but His incredible love, grace, and life through Christ. I discovered what it meant to rest in the finished work of Jesus on the cross and to live free from guilt, shame, and condemnation. As Truth moved from fact to real experience, my whole world shifted. I began to learn how to live from the heart, and today, nothing brings me greater joy than walking with others on that same journey.

I’m passionate about sharing the good news of God’s grace and helping people move from simply knowing about Him, to truly experiencing Him. Jesus proclaimed that His mission was to “...heal the brokenhearted, proclaim liberty to the captives…to set at liberty those who are oppressed…”, it is often in our deepest pain that we discover that He is still doing this today. The journey awaits.

The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is upon me, for the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed.
